The "DearHome" and related technologies and functions (hereinafter referred to as the "service") are operated by DearHome.For the purposes of this agreement, "you" and "user" shall mean any individual who USES and/or accesses the services.

You need to be at least 14 years old to create a DearHome account.If you are under the age of 14, you need your parents or legal guardian to help you create a DearHome account.

DearHome grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the services in accordance with this agreement.

7、Account security
You shall verify and register the account with real identity information, and promise to keep your DearHome account user name, password, verification code and relevant information of the account (including but not limited to equipment information, order information and operation records logged in by the account) properly, and shall not share such information with anyone.
We recommend that you choose a high security password and keep it properly.
If you provide the above information to a third party or lose your mobile phone or other devices, you shall bear the losses and responsibilities arising therefrom.
If you believe that someone may be using your account, you should immediately notify us through the contact information in the contact us section.
You should take appropriate measures to protect your account and avoid unauthorized use of your aforementioned information by third parties.
You may not access the service using someone else DearHome account.
If you use a DearHome account not registered by yourself to access the service, any loss and liability caused thereby shall be borne by you.
You are not allowed to maliciously register a DearHome account.
DearHome reserves the right to independently judge and deal with the malicious registration.
You may not donate, borrow, rent, transfer or sell the DearHome account or otherwise license others to use the DearHome account without DearHome permission.
You may not transfer your DearHome account for free or without compensation to avoid disputes.
You shall be liable for any liability arising therefrom, and DearHome reserves the right to pursue the legal responsibility of the above-mentioned actors.
If the account you are currently using is not registered by you or obtained through the software or services provided by DearHome, and you do not use the account to log in or perform other operations, you shall immediately notify DearHome.

8、Management of the service
You understand, on the premise of comply with applicable laws and regulations, for operation and improve the purpose of this service, including but not limited to, fraud prevention, risk assessment, investigation, and customer support, we have the right to take necessary measures to ensure that you abide by this agreement and applicable law, or the court, decrees, administrative authority or other government authority command or request.
DearHome reserves the right to reject the registration of your DearHome account if any illegal or improper information is found in the registration information of your account.

9、Privacy and data collection
Privacy and data collection in order to provide you with more stable services and ensure the security of your transactions, DearHome will collect and process your personal information according to the privacy notices and statements of the service.

10、disclaimer
This service is for your personal use only and shall not be provided to any third party.
You agree that DearHome affiliates, principals, directors, employees, contractors, agents, third-party payment service providers, partners, licensors and dealers (hereinafter collectively referred to as "DearHome") shall not be liable for any loss caused by the unauthorized use of the service.
The service may be interrupted, delayed or interfered during an unknown period of time due to uncontrollable reasons.
You agree that DearHome shall not be liable for any claims arising out of or in connection with such interruption, delay, interruption or similar failure.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DearHome shall not be liable for any damage caused by your or any other person's inability to access or use the service for the following reasons:
(a) the maintenance or upgrading of the system or software or hardware by DearHome results in the suspension or termination of the service;
(b) delay or failure in communication of systems or networks not owned or controlled by DearHome;
(c) cancellation or termination of contracts or other agreements between DearHome and any third-party payment service provider;
(d) errors or outages due to hacking or similar security effects;
(e) other reasons beyond the reasonable control of DearHome.

11、Amendments to this agreement
DearHome has been updating, revising and improving the service.
DearHome may add or remove functions or performance of the service, set new restrictions or temporarily suspend or permanently stop providing a service;
DearHome may also amend this agreement at any time based on updates to the service.
If an amendment to the service or this agreement seriously affects users or severely restricts access to or use of the service, we will notify you within a reasonable time prior to the change.
We may not be able to meet the foregoing advance notice time requirements for amendments to the service to meet safety, legal or regulatory requirements, but we will notify you as soon as possible
