Design details discussion
If you send your designs drawing or pictures and size to us, we will discuss the design details and give our professional opinions to your designs for better production and designs, then we will quote you the mould price and the product unit price.

Mould building
After you confirming the PI and finish the payment, we will arrange mould building according to your design. Usually a mould production time will be about 15 days.

Final confirmation
After we finishing first time open mould, you can come to inspect the sample or we will show you detailed photos and confirm again with you,if no problem, you need to sign your name on the drawings and final confirm it.

Mass Production
The production time will be up to the quantity. Usually 30days for 1*20FT container; 35days for 1*40HQ container.

Inspection
Before packing, there will be a strict inspection in our factory. Besides, welcome to visit our factory for product inspection by yourself or you can ask the third party to do it.

Packing & shipment
Standard Export packing: foam + carton + wooden case(for heavy goods)
